Dehkhoda Institute of Persian Language is the most well-recognized Farsi institution in the United States.
With over 16 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay area and with over 170 students, we offer the following: amadegi" classes for pre-schoolers, Farsi classes on the First through Eighth Grade levels for children, and individualized private and small group instruction for older students and adults.
The Dehkhoda Institute of Persian Language is a for-profit organization founded in 1989.
The objective of the Dehkhoda Insititute is to teach the Persian language to children and adults and to promote the understanding and preservation of Persian culture and traditions among Iranian-Americans in the northern California Iranian community.
We also offer high school level foreign language credit. Accredited by San Jose unified school districts.
